The nakaz zapłaty

Upload a photo or a scan and the fields fill themselves. Or type the details in by hand - they are all on the first page of the order.

Several pages at once are fine: a photo or scan of each page, PDF, JPG or PNG.

How did the nakaz zapłaty reach you?

The deadline runs from the day the order was served on you - not from the date printed on it. The date of service is on the post office's return receipt (zwrotka) or on the bailiff's notice; on the order itself it is not printed.

How was it delivered?

Delivery to an adult member of your household counts as delivery to you (art. 138 KPC). If you did not collect an ordinary order, the court has it served by a bailiff and the bailiff's date counts. For e-sąd (EPU) orders the law treats the order as served at your address in the PESEL register even if nobody collected it (art. 505³⁴ § 1 KPC); the date the court took is shown in the case file on e-sad.gov.pl.

Your details

You can challenge the whole order or only part of it (art. 505 § 2 KPC). A sprzeciw needs no reasons, but objections such as limitation are best raised now - below you can tick the standard objections our lawyer prepared that fit your case.
